What’s new
1.0 is the first public version. Below you’ll find every version that led up to it.
1.0first public version
- Where to: routes with transfers and walking sections, in order of arrival, even from an Altamura house number.
- Later trips: if the bus isn’t worth it right now or there are few, it also shows you the first three later ones.
- Notice bell: the number on the icon counts the notices you haven’t read yet and disappears when you open them.
- Always up-to-date timetables: they arrive on their own every day, digitally signed, and are applied at the right moments without asking you anything.
- My activity: the chart follows the period you choose: week, days of the month or last 12 months.
- Export your data: one file with everything: addresses, reminders, achievements and settings.
- Search only in Altamura: addresses you look up stay in town, without results from nearby towns.
0.9tested on the streets of Altamura
- Accurate routes: lines redrawn on the real streets, trip by trip.
- Stops in the right place: one stop per shelter, on the correct side of the street.
- Navigator with drawer: every leg of the trip, the transfers and the time to make them.
- Routes in order of arrival: the first is the one that gets you there soonest.
- Notices: only for service changes, one per line with its symbol.
- Fixes from testers: planner, notifications, profile, translations, FAL trains and security.
0.8the final design
- New design: clean white, dark buttons, the Radio Canada Big typeface and the logo’s light blue in the details.
- FAL trains and buses: with their official timetable and real-time delays.
- Guidance with the screen off: the navigator keeps going with your phone in your pocket.
- Automatic check-in: it recognises by itself when you board the bus.
- Cancelled stops: removed from that day’s timetables, routes and reminders.
- New onboarding: shorter, with only the choices that really matter.
0.7ready to install
- First installable app: the test version to try on your own phone.
- Walking routes: calculated on the phone, without external services.
- Address search: with every Altamura house number.
- Notifications: only for the stops you follow and for notices.
- Photos of places: in Discover, with credits to the authors.
- City colours: Altamura’s light blue and a colour for each line.
0.6real timetables, every day
- New logo: the Muevt mark, in the icons, at start-up and on the site.
- Timetables from PDFs: read directly from Autolinee Marino’s tables.
- Automatic updates: timetables, notices and cancelled stops every day, without lifting a finger.
- Service calendar: weekdays, holidays, school days and Saint Irene on 5 May.
- Discover Altamura: places chosen one by one and events from six city sources.
0.5the navigator
- Navigator: turn by turn on foot, waiting at the stop, on board and «get off at the next stop», with voice.
- Achievements just for you: no more leaderboard: levels and badges that stay on your phone.
- Tutorial: a guide to the main features, which you can skip whenever you like.
- Map: on MapLibre, with stops in their lines’ colours and the main landmarks.
- Signed data: timetables and notices verified with a digital signature.
0.4rethought from scratch
- A new Muevt: rewritten from scratch, for people who live in Altamura and those who visit.
- Home: favourites, shortcuts and the next bus near you.
- Transit: every line, stop, PDF timetable, notice and where to buy tickets.
- Discover: culture, nature and events, with directions to get there.
- Everything on the phone: no account: the app saves everything locally.
0.3no account
- No sign-up: no login or password: just open it and use it.
- First design system: colours and components shared by every screen.
0.2tickets and parking
- Tickets and passes: a single section to buy them online, with no payment methods in the app.
- Parking: drawn on the map.
- Stops on the map: visible when you zoom in, with the lines when you zoom out.
0.1the first idea
- The first prototype: Altamura’s lines, stops, timetables and places in a single app.
- Discover: the city’s places with their photos.
